Admission Process
WE HAVE POLICIES AND PROCEDURES THAT HELPS YOU AND YOUR FAMILY GET THE MOST FROM YOUR HOSPITAL STAY.
The admission forms are available at the reception. In both emergency and the routine case our policy is same “patient being important”, the form can be filled by the patient or family member. The patient is requested to connect with the reception if the patient what to consult the doctor.
After the form is completed the information is transfer in the hospitals system and the patient is admitted and will be shifted to the room. Rooms are given to the patients according to their requirement. The patient is provided with 2 visitors pass.
